Job Description:


Role Summary:


The role requires individuals to:


- Build and execute strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on ongoing supply chain technology projects.


- Develop account strategies and plans that best leverage consulting team strengths.


- Lead geographically dispersed teams across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.


- Deliver Supply Chain Planning Consulting engagements across industries and geographies, covering areas such as Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP, Distribution Planning, MRP, Inventory Planning,

Replenishment Planning, and Network Optimization.


- Bring structure to unstructured environments and lead teams to success in fast-paced settings.


- Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and adopting supply chain solutions.


- Provide functional and business process expertise across diverse teams.


- Manage cross-functional programs/projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.


- Guide clients on industry best practices and process benchmarks.


- Provide leadership and guidance to consultants, ensuring project discipline and accountability.


- Contribute to building Thoucentrics Supply Chain practice through pre-sales activities, solution development, and capability enhancement.


- Create reusable assets to accelerate solution delivery.


- Manage multiple and conflicting priorities effectively.


Educational Qualifications:


- Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools.


Required Skills:


- Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes (demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization).


- Experience in at least 2 implementations using best-in-class supply chain software tools (e.g., O9) or custom-built applications with advanced algorithms (AI/ML).


- 5-10 years of work experience in Supply Chain Planning with technology exposure.


- Flexibility to work on different supply chain technologies (training provided as needed).


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong follow-through and reporting.


- Analytical and problem-solving skills with self-motivation to excel.


- Meticulous planning and multi-tasking abilities.


- Ability to drive projects in a matrix environment with collaboration and results orientation.


- Data analysis skills; knowledge of R, Python, SQL preferred.
