Requirements:

We are introducing a unique opportunity designed for women professionals who have taken a break from their corporate careers to explore new paths and are now ready to return to the workplace. This role is structured to support a smooth transition back into corporate life while maintaining balance

The position is part-time, with a dedicated schedule of approximately 4 hours per day, aligned with business priorities to ensure meaningful impact

Working closely with our leadership team, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Your mission is to cultivate collaboration across departments and uphold operational excellence to accelerate our growth trajectory. Requirements include a minimum of 6 years client-facing roles across Management or IT Consulting sectors.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Drive execution of critical initiatives by effectively prioritising activities, allocating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of results

- Lead and support key transformation projects aimed at driving growth, efficiency, and innovation.

- Utilize strong analytical skills to gather and analyze data, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making

- Ensure the timely delivery of critical initiatives through rigorous operational governance and tracking

- Drive cross-functional initiatives that cut across different practices in the organization
