Role Description: - Lead the design and implementation of improvement initiatives or events for highly complex processes that have a large cross-functional impact - Lead value stream development to deliver deployment plans to be used to improve the overall performance of the value stream - Act as a coach and change agent to instill a continuous improvement culture throughout the project. - Lead opportunities in understanding 'as-is' business processes, design 'to-be' processes, analyses/captures the client requirements and pain areas by conducting workshops. - Perform fit gap analysis, carry out benchmarking studies. Aid consultants in resolving complex requirements - Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives. Developing the overall project sequencing for the identification and management of work stream interdependencies - Evaluating the impact of planned organizational change - Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics - Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change - Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology / process - Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives. - Manage timely appropriate communication and relationship with clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders - Providing coaching and training to employees at all levels. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs - Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these - Creating and managing periodic reporting of project execution status and other trackers in standard accepted formats and owning the project plan's delivery on-time and in scope to the satisfaction of all stakeholders - Motivates and inspires internal team through work and results - Generate new business opportunities by leveraging industry connects and personal branding. Requirements Required Skills: - Experience in working on large scale projects which involve any big change, transition or transformation from organization, people, process, and technology point of view - Strong working experience in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) including good presentation skills Educational Qualifications: - Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools with 6-12 years of experience - Certifications in Change Management preferred Benefits What a Consulting role at Thoucentric will offer you?
