Role Overview:

The Proposal Writer is responsible for crafting compelling, compliant, and persuasive proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. They work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales, and technical teams to develop content that clearly articulates the organization's value proposition.

Job Description:

We are currently expanding our team and looking for talented Proposal Writers with 4 years of experience in federal proposal development, to be based in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will focus on developing compelling, compliant proposals for federal and state projects, highlighting our strengths and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting and refining components such as GAP, outlines, executive summaries, technical sections, forms, and other elements of federal proposals.

- Utilize basic storyboarding techniques to help structure proposals logically.

- Contribute to decision-making in go/no-go situations for pursuing opportunities.

- Collaborate with different departments for necessary information and insights.

- Ensure proposals adhere to federal and state guidelines and requirements.

- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet multiple proposal deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Degree in computers, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- 4 - 8 years of experience in writing and developing federal proposals.

- Demonstrated ability in playing a role in successful proposal submissions.

- Good project management and organizational skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

- Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
