
Role Purpose:
Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business goals, drive workforce effectiveness, enhance performance, and support scalable growth through strong HR processes and operational excellence.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business and technology leaders to support organizational objectives
- Translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives and workforce plans
- Drive performance management processes aligned with business KPIs and delivery metrics
- Support workforce planning, talent deployment, and succession planning for key roles
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives to address skill gaps in IT roles
- Support leadership development and career progression frameworks
- Implement and govern HR policies, SOPs, and compliance in line with statutory requirements
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and productivity
- Support change management initiatives related to business growth, restructuring, or transformation
- Partner with operations and admin teams for manpower budgeting and cost optimization
- Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on attrition, engagement, productivity, and manpower costs
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people, performance, and culture-related matters

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience as an HRBP or HR generalist in the IT industry
- Experience supporting technology, delivery, or product teams
- Exposure to performance management, employee relations, and L&D initiatives
- Working knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws
