Lead - Mobility Business The Mobility function is responsible to generate additional revenue from all avenues outside of the cafes including but not limited to Out Door Catering (ODC), Events, Bulk orders, Mobile units (Trucks, Trailers, Carts), Gift voucher sales, Corporate sales etc. The function is a independent profit centre and will represent and complement the brand presence outside of the cafes. Key responsibilities: - Map the opportunities in the relevant market in accordance to the brand positioning and be part of touch points which address the right TG - Create the pipeline of leads and populate an annual event calendar - Responsible for the complete P&L for the vertical and ensure the set profitability guidelines are met. - Ensure all legal compliances are met and adhered to - Ensure 100% revenue collection across channels - Ensure excellent execution of events with the highest customer delight - Ensure the brand is represented in the best manner and there are no compromises on that front - Constantly look for innovation in execution and revenue optimization for the vertical - Passionate about customers, enjoys building and managing relationships and excellent stakeholder management are essential for the role
