You will work closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and candidates to ensure the successful acquisition of top talent. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top talent in line with the company's values and needs - Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews, facilitate panel interviews, and assess candidates' skills and potential - Evaluate candidates against role-specific criteria and provide recommendations to hiring managers - Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires - Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs - Collect and analyze recruitment data to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the recruitment process - Contribute to employer branding efforts, representing Think Future Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as an employer of choice Qualifications: - Master's degree in Human Resources - Bachelor's degree in Engineering is an advantage - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and selecting high-caliber candidates - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics
