Your Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end responsibility for CRM implementation, administration and management
- Keep on experimenting and evaluating AI-applications across all the GTM functions
- Optimize the entire revenue lifecycle by building scalable processes for lead management, sales enablement and operational use cases
- Own sales and marketing reporting and operational processes (booking reporting and forecasting, campaign tracking, lead management, etc.)
- Maintain the single source of truth for revenue data
- Design, build and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks, delivering actionable insights to guide GTM decision-making
- Support executive teams in spearheading GTM alignment
Your Background:
- Bachelors in engineering or business-related field. MBA is nice-to-have
- You have excelled in your RevOps role at a growth company (2-3 years of experience)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity, demanding environment
- Expertise in the latest CRMs and GTM technologies, including AI-powered solutions with an ability to evaluate and implement tools
- Based in Gurgaon (India)
