About Aperfectstay (SAAS)
Aperfectstay is a SaaS platform built to simplify hospitality and property management. We provide an all-in-one solution for hotels, vacation rentals, and serviced apartments from Property Management System (PMS), Channel Manager, and Booking Engine to Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Apps, and HRMS. Our mission is to help property owners and managers boost efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver a seamless guest experience through smart automation and easy-to-use tools.
Role Description
Were looking for a positive, glass-half-full leader who brings energy, ownership and clarity into the team.
This role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working alongside other marketing pillar owners (including Brand and Product Marketing) and can build strong alignment across content, performance, and sales.
You will take full ownership of the demand generation strategy, not just executing demand campaigns but shaping the direction, structure and growth of the function.
With a naturally proactive and solutions-focused mindset, youll be comfortable influencing cross-functional stakeholders, creating momentum across teams and driving shared outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on performance and continuous improvement.
What This Role Owns
- End-to-end demand generation strategy and execution.
- Marketing performance tracking and data visibility across the funnel.
- Continuous optimisation of channels, campaigns, and conversion journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Alignment
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand positioning and messaging.
- Translate brand into high-performing, conversion-oriented communication.
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain consistency.
2. Content (Performance Lens):
- Leverage content across paid, SEO, and outbound channels.
- Identify content gaps using data and search insights.
- Drive usage of content for lead generation and conversion.
3. Distribution (Core Focus):
- Build and scale multi-channel acquisition engines.
- Paid Media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- SEO + AI-led search ecosystems.
- Email and CRM journeys.
- Continuously optimise channel mix based on ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Drive growth across B2B and B2C segments.
4. Conversion Optimisation:
- Improve performance across landing pages and funnel journeys.
- Partner with sales to strengthen lead quality and conversion rates.
- Own structured experimentation (A/B testing across creatives, messaging, UX).
5. Retention & Lifecycle:
- Support lifecycle marketing (email, remarketing, re-engagement).
- Improve customer lifetime value (LTV) through targeted campaigns.
- Build structured engagement flows based on behaviour.
6. Data & Optimisation (Core Focus):
- Build and manage dashboards tracking:
- Customer Acquisition Cost.
- Customer Lifetime Value.
- Conversion rates.
- Revenue contribution.
- Establish clear reporting cadence and performance visibility.
- Drive a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Translate data into actionable business insights.

Success Metrics (First 6-8 months):
- Scalable demand generation engine established across key channels.
- Clear visibility on CAC, LTV, and funnel performance.
- Measurable improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.
- Structured experimentation roadmap in place.
- Strong alignment between marketing and revenue outcomes.
Must have:
- 10+ years in growth/performance marketing.
- Experience across B2B and B2C environments.
- Exposure to premium / high-value sales or SaaS preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- High ownership, accountability, and execution focus.
