Vice President - Sales


Role Objective:


As VP Sales, you will spearhead the go-to-market execution, sales pipeline, team leadership, and revenue generation for Aperfect Stay which is our PMS.


You'll work directly with senior leadership to position the product competitively, penetrate new markets, and deliver on aggressive sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:

- Own the end-to-end revenue cycle from top-of-funnel generation to deal closure and post-sale engagement.

- Design and implement a robust sales playbook for enterprise and mid-market segments.

- Drive strategic partnerships with hospitality chains, OTAs, and tech integrators.

- Align sales efforts with company vision and product direction.


Sales Operations & Execution:


- Oversee CRM implementation, lead management, and sales automation.

- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and forecast accuracy reporting.

- Create and run targeted outreach campaigns for domestic and international markets.


Team Development & Performance Management:


- Build a high-performance sales team: recruit, train, and retain top talent.

- Define KPIs (monthly revenue targets, client acquisition, churn rate, etc.

- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and career development plans.


Customer & Market Intelligence:


- Gather deep insights into customer pain points, competition, and market behavior.

- Represent the voice of the customer to influence product enhancements.

- Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and demo events.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Coordinate with marketing to create relevant campaigns, lead gen assets, and demos.

- Work closely with product and engineering to align roadmap with market demand.

- Liaise with customer success to drive renewals and referrals.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


- Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets.

- New Customer Acquisition (Domestic + International).

- Deal Closure Rate / Sales Conversion Rate.

- Customer Retention & Expansion.

- Sales Team Productivity & Pipeline Health.

- Strategic Partnerships Closed.

- CRM Hygiene & Forecast Accuracy.


Ideal Candidate Profile:


- 10 to 15 years of B2B tech sales experience, with minimum 3 to 5 years in SaaS/hospitality tech or real estate software.

- Proven experience in leading a team to achieve multi-crore revenue targets.

- Excellent understanding of the hospitality, booking systems, and guest engagement tools.

- Strong grasp of SaaS metrics, solution selling, and consultative sales methodologies.

- Strong communicator able to pitch, negotiate, and close CXO-level deals.


Preferred Skills & Tools:


- Experience with CRM platforms: HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce.

- Familiarity with PMS, RMS, or Channel Manager tools.

- Strong presentation, Excel, and reporting skills.

- Exposure to international sales (Europe, Middle East, or Southeast Asia markets).
