What Were Looking For
Were hiring a hands-on digital marketer who can strategise and execute across the full funnel - from acquisition to post-subscription engagement. This role blends paid marketing, SEO (including technical SEO), email marketing, branding, and light design work. Youll collaborate closely with tech, sales, writers, and designers - but youll be the one driving performance and results end to end.
This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone from a B2B SaaS background (hospitality tech is a plus), who enjoys working independently, building from scratch, and thrives in high-growth environments targeting global audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (Google + Meta)
- Plan and execute growth-focused paid campaigns across Google and Meta
- Track and optimise campaigns for lower CAC and higher ROAS
- Own budgets, A/B testing, reporting, and audience targeting
SEO (On-page + Technical + Backlinks)
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate resolutions with the tech team
- Lead keyword research and on-page optimisation across key landing pages and product-focused content
- Create organic traffic assets, including blogs, lead magnets, gated resources, and other lead-gen formats
- Build and execute backlink strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings
- Collaborate with writers to deliver content that drives both traffic and conversions
Email Marketing
- Manage campaigns for cold nurture, re-engagement, and post-subscription journeys
- Track key metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and iterate on performance
- Drive segmentation, automation, and journey mapping
Branding & Creative Coordination
- Work with internal designers to deliver creatives for campaigns and ads
- Create detailed briefs for content writers based on product understanding and intent
- Use Canva or similar tools for basic creative tasks as needed
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse performance across all channels using Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM, Excel, and platform dashboards
- Build clear performance reports and marketing decks for management
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with tech, sales, content writers, and designers to ensure alignment
- Manage end-to-end execution from idea to deployment
What Youll Need
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (acquisition + retention)
- Proven execution in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO (including technical), and email marketing
- B2B SaaS experience is a must; hospitality or prop-tech exposure is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and writing skills for global audiences
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for performance reporting
- Working knowledge of Canva or similar tools
- Highly self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and a builder mindset
Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Experience building or optimising landing pages
- Understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics.
