We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager - Corporate Sales with a strong background in chain hotel sales and experience handling high-profile corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Client Acquisition - Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities within target markets to expand the hotel's client base.
- Account Management - Maintain and grow key corporate accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Execution - Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Relationship Building - Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers in client organizations.
- Market Intelligence - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaboration - Work closely with internal departments (operations, marketing) to ensure client needs are met and service standards are maintained.
- Reporting - Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to senior management.
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 3 years managing high-value corporate accounts.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding corporate sales targets.
- Strong network of corporate contacts across industries ( BFSI, IT, Pharma, Consulting, etc.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
