About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of our client in the FaithTech industry for a Senior Business & Operations Strategist role. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing partner ecosystems, and scaling service operations across India. This position is best suited for professionals who thrive in fast-paced B2C tech environments and excel at building structured, scalable processes that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead partner acquisition & management (astrologers, pandits, temples, cultural partners) to expand city-wide service presence.

2. Negotiate commercial terms to ensure competitive pricing, strong margins, and long-term partnerships.

3. Define, monitor, and optimize operational KPIs including fulfillment rates, SLA adherence, and partner engagement.

4. Build and implement automation-driven workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.

5. Own and maintain service catalog quality (festival details, prarthanas, rituals, dates) ensuring accuracy and relevance.

6. Identify new service categories and high-growth opportunities for expansion.

7. Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to execute service-led campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

8. Drive brand partnerships & sponsorships, focusing on both domestic and NRI audiences.

Requirements

1. 4-6 years of proven experience in business operations, category management, or partner ecosystem roles in B2C tech startups/marketplaces.

2. Strong expertise in data-driven decision-making, dashboards, and KPI-based execution.

3. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and process-building skills.

4. A tech-first, automation-driven mindset with the ability to design scalable workflows.

5. Bonus: Familiarity or interest in Indian spirituality, cultural diversity, or temple networks.
