Job Description Position Summary : Sr Manager Logistics Responsibilities : - Shall be responsible to Ensure Controls across W&D. Work on implementing Inventory control processes across WHs - Movement of materials to Block stocks, Non-moving Inventory, Sales return, Warranty etc. Ensure implementation and adherence to Safety Process and Practices. - Ensuring legal, regulatory and corporate compliance requirements for warehousing and to drive structured improvements in Warehousing & Distribution operations on a continual basis Drive initiatives & programs and proactively engage with Commercial Divisions to see opportunities of improvement and redesign processes to meet desired objectives of business. - Efficiently lead critical metrics for different aspects of the Supply Chain for the scope of the job Drive Perpetual Cycle count across WHs PAN India level and publish IRA and Hygiene update on a weekly basis. - Responsible for leading and inspiring change by bringing "Outside In" perspective to be relevant in the current scenarios and to make the organization future ready Use PPI as a tool to resolve operational issues. - Bench-mark current processes with Best Industry Process, implement in W&D and drive basic execution. Look at Non-value added work-flows and work with the team to arrive and implement improvement plans. - Plan monthly review meeting and quarterly review meetings. Co-ordinate Annual Physical Inventory and Central Stock Point Commercial conversation with 3PL and ensuring update on Contracts and renewals of contracts. - Project Planning and execution - in terms of WH relocation or coming up with new WH facility. Key Performance Indicators : - Inventory related: IRA, LRA, E&O, Blocked stocks, Damages - Cost - Local Stock Points/ Regional Stock point Budgets - Plan vs Actuals - Contractual agreements - Performs all duties in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (where applicable) and Safety guidelines. Maintains the vital compliance status required by company and facility standards. - Ensure safe working environment and enforce all relevant safety practices. - Weekly MIS for Cycle count, Block stock generation, SAP Transaction hygiene across WHs - Pending Dos &lt; Rs 5 lacs per day - Filling of Returns - on monthly and quarterly basis. Skills and Abilities : - Bachelors degree in Engineering - Result orientation & speed of execution Should have detailed knowledge of W&D Processes Should have strong numerical ability. Encourage Organizational Change. - Good Analytical skills Customer Centric - Understands Customers need Excellent oral and written communication and coordination skills Familiar with SAP- WMS and excellent in usage MS Office. - Strong Process Orientation. PPI / Six Sigma orientation
