ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing ABP and Actual Order Booking Business wise and TCA wise for ESP, Bag filters, scrubbers.
- Driving sales, order bookings and revenue targets.
- Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for upgrade and improvements.
- Channel Sales and Channel Management.
- Manage and extend support to Thermax Channel Associate Partners.
- Key Account Management.
- Track regional development and identify opportunities for new business.
- Identify the low reach market and make action plan to increase market share.
- Develop and generate business through OEMs/Channel associates/Consultant.
Job Specifications :
Essential Qualification : BE with proven experience in Sales.
Experience : 4 to 8 Yrs.
