Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for PIP products across domestic and export markets.

- Identify new business opportunities, channels, and market segments to expand the customer base.

- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion for both B2B and B2C clients.

- Manage relationships with key clients, distributors, EPC contractors, and consultants.

- Prepare and respond to RFQs, tenders, and technical-commercial proposals.

- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and potential threats.

- Collaborate with internal teams including production, R&D, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.

- Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums.

- Oversee all branding, promotional, and digital marketing activities for the PIP product line.

- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and budgets.

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation for global markets.

Key Skills & Competencies:


- Strong technical and commercial understanding of PIP or industrial piping systems

- Experience in handling domestic and international markets (exports)

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data reporting

Qualifications:


- MBA in Marketing or International Business is an added advantage

- 710 years of experience in sales & marketing of industrial products, preferably PIP or related systems
