Roles & Responsibilities :
- Ensuring basic safety compliances for all O& M Sites under control ( Theme-based TBT.
- Organizing Safety Training / Hazard Awareness / Motivational program, ensuring zero tolerance on.
- PPE compliances, also ensuring continual safety culture improvement through unsafe act / unsafe conditions / near misses reporting in mobile application and taking lead towards closure of all safety relate observations.
- Manage city P&L end to end delivering the margin target for city, therefore the individual will have to keep a check on cost / drive cost optimisation.
- Responsible for renewals and annual ABP.
- Dotted line reporting of sales and driving asset acquisition numbers (with support from sales teams).
- Dotted line reporting of execution managing R&R across all live sites.
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly statutory compliances reporting via Legatrix platform as applicable from time to time.
- Building close connect with all the Clients and understanding their expectations and value addition opportunities , ensuring speedy and qualitative response to Customers needs and thus owning up the responsibility of Customer delight.
- Ability to interrogate site issues (technical / commercial/ human resources oriented), identify the scope for improvement and preparation of improvement plan and taking charge of the implementation of the plan so as to elevate our service standard.
- Managing contractual manpower , contractor deliverables, statutory compliances and local issues.
- Effective Communication Skill (both verbal and written) and Man Management Skill.
- Timely submission of INVOICES / MIS to respective clients and 100% compliances of monthly Collection Plan .
- Monthly MIS Review with the Client is must to understand the satisfaction level and areas for further.
