Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be the critical link between our sales efforts and our delivery capabilities, responsible for understanding prospect needs, shaping solutions, and driving the deal cycle from initial contact through to proposal and contract. This role requires strong communication, technical aptitude, and a deep understanding of the delivery process and commercial models.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect Engagement and Requirements Gathering

- Serve as the primary technical and solution contact for prospective clients.

- Conduct discovery sessions and meetings with prospects to thoroughly understand and capture their business challenges and technical requirements.

- Document and translate gathered requirements into a clear, structured format for internal team use.

Solution Design and Effort Estimation

- Collaborate closely with the Delivery and Technical teams to define the scope and technical solution that meets the prospect's requirements.

- Work with delivery team members to accurately estimate the effort, resource requirements, and timelines required for successful project execution.

Pricing and Proposal Development

- Liaise with the Pricing Team to determine the final commercial proposal and pricing structure based on the estimated effort, scope, and strategic considerations.

- Develop high-quality, professional, and compelling proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.

- Present and articulate the proposed solution and its value proposition to prospects in a clear and convincing manner.

Deal Pipeline Management

- Manage the pre-sales deal pipeline, ensuring all stagesfrom initial inquiry to proposal delivery

and follow-upare tracked and executed efficiently.

- Maintain accurate records of all pre-sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.

- Coordinate follow-up activities, including answering prospect questions, addressing concerns, and managing revisions to proposals.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience


- Proven experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales role.

- Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate requirements into technical specifications.

- Demonstrated experience in creating detailed proposals and presentation materials.

- Familiarity with effort estimation methodologies and project scoping.

Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
