Location: Bangalore (On-site/Hybrid)

Compensation: 25,000 per month stipend + Equity & Compensation in New Venture

About the Role:

- We are hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to incubate and build a new venture from scratch in the Social Networking / Community Building space. This is a unique opportunity to create and scale innovative formats that bring people together - digitally or in real life.

- We're looking for entrepreneurs who have previously built, or are looking to build, a venture in this space. Whether you've seen success or learned through failure, if you're ready to start again - with a strong platform behind you - this role is for you.

- You will work closely with Thence's leadership team to validate ideas, build the right team, and take the venture to market. Once the venture reaches operational stability, you will transition into a leadership role within the newly formed entity.

What We're Looking For:

- Deep domain expertise in the Social Networking or Community Building space

- Entrepreneurial drive with a strong bias for execution and experimentation

- Prior experience as a founder/co-founder or having led a business unit, especially in building user-centric platforms or communities

- A history of building and scaling teams

- Comfort with ambiguity and a relentless problem-solving mindset

- Willingness to work full-time from our Bangalore office
