Senior Brand Manager Skincare & Fashion

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who has hands-on experience in building and growing skincare and/or fashion brands in a dynamic, consumer-first environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the brand journey, working closely with founders, and translating brand vision into consistent, scalable execution. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand is positioned, communicated, and experienced as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Ownership
- Own the brand end-to-end, including positioning, voice, narrative, and visual direction
- Strengthen and evolve the brand as the business scales, while maintaining consistency
- Ensure the brand is clearly and authentically represented across all consumer touchpoints
Brand Marketing & Growth
- Plan and execute integrated brand marketing initiatives aligned with business and growth goals
- Drive awareness, engagement, and consideration through content, campaigns, and collaborations
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to align brand building with growth outcomes
- Support product launches, collections, and key business milestones
Influencer & Creator Ecosystem
- Build and manage a strong influencer and creator network relevant to skincare and fashion
- Lead seeding programs, paid partnerships, and long-term creator collaborations
- Ensure influencer activity is aligned with brand values and commercial objectives
- Track effectiveness through engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
Content & Communication
- Guide brand communication across digital channels including social media, website, and campaigns
- Collaborate with creative partners to develop content that is relevant, aspirational, and credible
- Maintain a strong balance between creativity and consistency in brand messaging
Scaling & Brand Excellence
- Apply D2C and consumer-brand best practices to scale brand presence sustainably
- Use consumer insights, data, and market trends to refine strategy and execution
- Build repeatable processes and frameworks for brand and marketing execution
- Contribute to long-term brand planning and growth initiatives
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in skincare and/or fashion brands
- Demonstrated experience in building or significantly scaling a brand
- Strong understanding of branding, communication, and influencer marketing
- Experience in D2C, consumer brands, or fast-growing organizations
- Comfortable working in environments that value ownership, speed, and accountability
