Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution: Strategically plan, execute, and meticulously optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Budget Management & Scaling: Effectively manage and scale campaigns with a minimum monthly ad budget of - 25 lakhs, ensuring efficient utilization and optimal performance.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor ad performance, identify emerging trends, and make data-backed adjustments to consistently improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
In-depth Campaign Analysis: Perform comprehensive campaign analysis, identify key insights, and share actionable recommendations with the internal team for creative and targeting improvements.
A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and audience segments to continually enhance campaign performance and discover new opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with content, design, and product teams to ensure marketing objectives are aligned with overall brand strategy and visual guidelines.
Reporting & Insights: Create detailed, insightful reports on campaign performance and present actionable findings to stakeholders.
Industry Trends: Stay updated with platform changes, emerging trends, and best practices in D2C performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in performance marketing, specifically with D2C brands.
Platform Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Budget Management: Experience managing a minimum monthly ad budget of - 25 lakhs.
E-commerce Acumen: Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, attribution models, customer acquisition, and customer retention metrics.
Analytics Proficiency: Proficiency in using key analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Dashboard.
Work Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on ROI and growth.
Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
