Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Operations & Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse, dispatch, and logistics operations for a high-volume D2C brand. The role requires strong execution capability, tech orientation, and proven experience managing high volume daily shipments across B2C and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete warehouse operations including inventory control, stock reconciliation, and process efficiency.

- Oversee end-to-end product dispatch (B2C website + marketplace + B2B bulk orders).

- Handle 3PL coordination and courier partner management to ensure SLA adherence.

- Monitor NDR reports, reduce RTO%, and improve delivery success rates.

- Ensure smooth execution of NDD (Next Day Delivery) and SDD (Same Day Delivery) models.

- Manage order flow, batching, pick-pack accuracy, and daily shipment targets (10,000+ shipments).

- Work closely with courier partners and aggregators for issue resolution and performance tracking.

- Drive operational KPIs: Dispatch TAT, In-stock %, Order Accuracy %, RTO %, Damage %.

- Optimize processes for speed, cost control, and scalability.

Candidate Requirements:

- B.Tech graduate (mandatory).

- 7+ years of experience in D2C warehouse and supply chain operations.

- Proven experience handling 10,000+ daily shipments.

- Strong experience in B2C and B2B dispatch management.

- Hands-on experience working with 3PL partners and courier aggregators.

- Proficiency in Unicommerce, WareIQ, and OMS/WMS tools.

- Experience managing NDD and SDD delivery models.

- Tech-driven, process-oriented, and execution-focused with strong leadership capability.
