The Wellness Shop - Manager - Logistics & Warehouse Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Warehouse & Inventory Management

- Oversee complete warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order processing, and dispatch.

- Ensure accurate inventory levels, daily stock updates, and timely stock audits.

- Maintain well-organized storage systems to improve speed and efficiency.

- Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

- Coordinate daily with courier and logistics partners for timely order delivery and return pickups.

- Monitor dispatch accuracy, packaging quality, and operational compliance.

- Track shipments regularly and ensure escalations are resolved promptly.

- NDR & Customer Support Collaboration

- Work closely with the NDR (Non-Delivery Report) team to minimize return-to-origin (RTO) and ensure timely redeliveries.

- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve delivery-related complaints and improve customer experience.

- Process Improvement

- Identify gaps in warehouse operations and implement process improvements to enhance speed, productivity, and accuracy.

- Optimize manpower planning and workflow for maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

- Strong understanding of inventory control, NDR procedures, and courier coordination.

- Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a plus.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage a team and ensure daily operational discipline.
