Role Overview:

The Inside Sales Manager will lead, scale, and optimise a high-performing inside sales organisation across B2C (D2C)and B2B / bulk sales channels.

This role demands a strong sales leader who has built large teams from the ground up, implemented robust sales processes, and consistently delivered revenue growth at scale.

You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of inside sales performancefrom hiring and training to process design, pipeline management, and target achievement.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Revenue Growth:

- Own and drive inside sales revenue across D2C and B2B/bulk channels.

- Define and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Monitor key performance metrics including conversion rates, ARPU, CAC, and funnel efficiency.

- Drive high-volume lead conversion while maintaining quality and customer trust.

Team Building & People Management:

- Build, manage, and scale a 100+ member inside sales team.

- Lead team leads, managers, and senior sales executives.

- Set clear KPIs, incentive structures, and performance benchmarks.

- Foster a performance-driven yet ethical sales culture.

Hiring, Training & Capability Building:

- Own the end-to-end hiring process for inside sales roles.

- Design structured onboarding, product training, and sales playbooks.

- Conduct regular skill-building sessions, call audits, and coaching reviews.

- Develop second-line leadership and succession pipelines.

Process Design & Sales Operations:

- Set up and optimise inside sales processes for:

- D2C inbound & outbound sales.

- B2B / institutional / bulk order sales.

- Design SOPs for lead allocation, follow-ups, CRM usage, escalation handling, and closures.

- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

- Improve sales productivity through tools, dashboards, and automation.

B2B & Bulk Sales Management:

- Establish structured processes for bulk sales, distributor sales, and corporate buyers.

- Define pricing frameworks, negotiation guidelines, and approval matrices.

- Ensure timely closures, invoicing coordination, and repeat order management.

- Build long-term B2B relationships through inside sales excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 815 years of experience in inside sales leadership.

- Proven experience managing 100+ member sales teams.

- Strong background in both B2C (D2C) and B2B / bulk sales.

- Hands-on experience in setting up sales processes from scratch.

- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Excellent hiring, training, coaching, and performance management skills.

- Strong understanding of CRM systems, call centre metrics, and sales analytics.

- Highly revenue-oriented, data-driven, and execution-focused.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in wellness, healthcare, FMCG, nutraceuticals, or D2C brands.

- Exposure to high-growth, scale-up environments.

- Experience working with inbound lead funnels and performance marketing teams.
