The Wellness Shop - Head - Operations - Supply Chain/Warehouse & Logistics - D2C eCommerce

About the Role :

We're looking for an execution-driven Head of Operations to own our end-to-end warehouse, dispatch, and logistics operations at The Wellness Shop. The role requires strong execution capability, tech orientation, and proven experience managing high volume daily shipments across D2C, B2C and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage complete warehouse operations including inventory control, stock reconciliation, and process efficiency

- Oversee end-to-end product dispatch (B2C website + marketplace + B2B bulk orders)

- Handle 3PL coordination and courier partner management to ensure SLA adherence

- Monitor NDR reports, reduce RTO%, and improve delivery success rates

- Ensure smooth execution of NDD (Next Day Delivery) and SDD (Same Day Delivery) models

- Manage order flow, batching, pick-pack accuracy, and daily shipment targets (10,000+ shipments)

- Work closely with courier partners and aggregators for issue resolution and performance tracking

- Drive operational KPIs: Dispatch TAT, In-stock %, Order Accuracy %, RTO %, Damage %

- Drive process optimisation, cost control, and scalability as the business grows

- Weekly and monthly ops reporting to senior leadership - data-backed, insight-led

What We're Looking For :

- B.Tech graduate - mandatory/PG Preferred

- 8-15 years in D2C warehouse, supply chain, and logistics operations

- Proven experience managing 10,000+ daily shipments and large operations teams

- Hands-on with Unicommerce (mandatory), WareIQ, and OMS/WMS platforms

- Strong knowledge of fulfilment centre operations and D2C processes

- Experience with 3PL coordination, courier aggregators, NDD/SDD models, and B2B dispatch

- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills - comfortable building dashboards and ops models

- Ability to define KPIs, KRAs, and incentive structures for large teams
