Key Responsibilities - 1. Assisting CEO by coordinate with multiple teams in the company and preparing reports for different processes of the company. 2. Help manage and update different database, ensuring accurate data management. 3. Assisting CEO to help track different simultaneous processes, including gathering and organizing relevant documents. 4. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners, schedule meetings and appointments for CEO. 5. Complete various administrative tasks related to fundraising, including maintaining files and records. Qualifications - 1. Must have completed a degree in business, finance or a related field from a tier 1 or tier 2 university. 2. Direct experience in working and scaling up a startup or growing company will be a definite plus. 3. Prior experience in project management, product management, program management is a definite plus. 4. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Must have excellent research and data analysis skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software. 7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 8.
