About Us: - The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India's largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros. , WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. - Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. - In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and introducing new product lines in the existing categories like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes and very recently launched footwear and kidswear. - Although we are primarily an online brand, we've expanded in the offline retail space as well and have 26+ offline stores with plans for expansion pan India. Team & Position Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and most importantly revenue growth. This role places strong emphasis on achieving revenue targets, fostering team collaboration, and providing actionable insights. Roles & Responsibilities: - Revenue Generation and Targets: Achieve revenue targets by optimizing marketing campaigns and leveraging various digital channels. - Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. - Analytics and Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement. - Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management on the performance of marketing campaigns. - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. - Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, such as paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. ), email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. - Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously optimize landing pages, user flows and conversion paths to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition. - Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are within budget while delivering desired results. - Customer Segmentation: Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing messages and improve targeting. - Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' marketing strategies to identify opportunities and threats. Experience & Skills: - Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). - Strong analytical skills and arithmetic fluency in marketing analytics tools (e. , Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, Excel) - Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. )
