We're looking for a passionate Creative Lead who can elevate our brand's visual storytelling and drive our creative vision forward. What You'll Do: As the Creative Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of our creative output, ensuring our brand's identity is represented across all touchpoints. Your Key responsibilities will include: - Design Direction: Lead the design of digital and offline materials, including website assets, social media graphics, promotional campaigns, product packaging, and more. - Photoshoot Coordination: Plan and oversee photoshoots to create visually appealing, high-quality imagery that resonates with our audience and showcases our products. - Content Creation: Develop creative concepts and content that align with our brand voice. From writing captions to crafting blogs or email copy, you'll ensure all content is engaging, on-brand, and enhances customer experience. - Social Media Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to strategize, execute, and manage our social media presence. This includes creating visuals, drafting posts, and ensuring consistent branding across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). - Campaign Execution: Drive creative campaigns and seasonal content that engages our community, promotes our products, and strengthens brand loyalty. - Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative work is aligned with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across channels. - Collaborative Leadership: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop creative concepts that support business objectives.
