- The ideal candidate will be an ABM thought leader, with a proven record of designing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth for enterprise clients.

About You:

- You are a strategic marketing leader with deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and full-funnel demand generation.

- You understand how to orchestrate marketing, sales, and technology to deliver predictable growth.

- You bring a mix of vision, executional rigor, and leadership, backed by strong analytical thinking and business acumen.

- You thrive in fast-paced environments, can build and mentor high-performing teams, and are passionate about leveraging AI, data, and automation to scale marketing impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & GTM Ownership:

- Define and own the B2B marketing vision and GTM strategy, aligned with revenue and business goals.

- Lead the development and execution of integrated ABM programs, targeting enterprise accounts across multiple industries.

- Partner with executive leadership, sales, and client success teams to align marketing strategy with pipeline objectives.

- Drive marketing transformation initiatives, integrating AI-driven automation, data analytics, and personalization at scale.

Demand Generation & ABM Excellence:

- Architect and oversee multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, social, content syndication, webinars).

- Develop account prioritization frameworks using intent data, predictive analytics, and engagement scoring.

- Build playbooks for 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM programs tailored for enterprise clients.

- Optimize campaign performance through advanced targeting, content personalization, and continuous testing.

Data, Insights & Revenue Impact:

- Establish a data-first culture with strong marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance tracking.

- Build executive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or HubSpot Analytics to demonstrate pipeline contribution and ROI.

- Leverage AI and automation to enhance lead scoring, nurture flows, and forecasting accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with sales leadership to align messaging, targeting, and engagement across the buyers journey.

- Enable sales teams with custom playbooks, case studies, and account intelligence reports.

- Collaborate with content, creative, and digital teams to ensure consistency and impact across all touchpoints.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing organization of strategists, demand gen specialists, and content creators.

- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

- Manage vendor relationships, agencies, and technology partners effectively.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1520 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth strategy preferably in technology, SaaS, or enterprise services (experience with global B2B brands).

- Expertise: Deep hands-on and strategic understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), full-funnel marketing, and GTM strategy.

- Technology: Proficiency with leading MarTech and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, Demandbase, Bombora).

- AI & Automation: Proven experience leveraging AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, and workflow automation.

- Analytical Strength: Strong grasp of performance analytics, attribution modeling, and data visualization.

- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving alignment across functions, and influencing senior stakeholders.

- Communication: Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
