Role Overview:
The Sleep Company is looking for a Product Manager - Web & Growth who will drive growth initiatives across our website and digital platforms.
This role will focus on improving user journeys, optimizing conversion funnels, and launching data-driven experiments to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the website product roadmap with a strong focus on growth and conversion optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across the website.
- Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and website performance to drive data-backed product decisions.
- Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize landing pages, checkout flows, and product discovery.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, performance marketing, and SEO teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Work with design and engineering teams to build and launch new website features, landing pages, and growth experiments.
- Define and track key metrics such as conversion rate, bounce rate, CAC, and engagement metrics.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end user experience across the web platform.
- Prioritize product features based on business impact, user needs, and data insights.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in consumer internet, D2C, or e-commerce companies.
- Strong understanding of growth product management, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience working on website products, landing pages, and digital funnels.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms.
- Ability to translate business goals into product requirements and experiments.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
