About the Role :

The Sleep Company is looking for a Product Manager to own the complete operation stack across website, retail stores, warehouse, logistics, returns, inventory, and ERP.

The person will work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure that orders, inventory, fulfilment, returns, stock transfers, and reconciliation flows work smoothly from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own system flows across Shopify, POS, OMS, WMS, ClickPost, returns, ERP, and marketplaces.

- Define order, inventory, fulfilment, return, refund, and stock transfer processes.

- Work with vendors like Unicommerce, ClickPost, POS partners, Shopify agency, and ERP teams for implementation.

- Create process flows, SOPs, UAT cases, issue trackers, and reconciliation checks.

- Identify and solve issues such as inventory mismatch, failed order sync, stuck returns, refund delays, and POS/OMS/ERP discrepancies.

- Coordinate with store ops, warehouse ops, finance, customer support, logistics, and leadership.

What We Are Looking For :

- 2-4 yrs of relevant experience in product, operations, e-commerce tech, supply chain tech, or omnichannel systems.

- Hands-on exposure to OMS, WMS, IMS, POS, logistics, returns, marketplaces, Shopify, or ERP systems.

- Experience with tools like Unicommerce, EasyEcom, Increff, Vinculum, ClickPost, Shiprocket, Shopify, or similar platforms is preferred.

- Strong understanding of how orders, inventory, warehouses, stores, logistics, returns, and finance systems connect.

- Ability to own projects independently from requirements to go-live.

- Strong problem-solving, documentation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
