About the Role :
We are seeking a high- impact leader to drive growth, retention, and overall business performance for our D2C and e- commerce channels. This role requires a proven track record in scaling consumer businesses, optimizing conversion funnels, enhancing customer lifetime value, and leading cross- functional initiatives across marketing, product, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead growth, retention, and CRM strategies to drive revenue and LTV across D2C platforms.
- Own end- to- end product growth initiatives including app growth, web conversion optimization, and personalization.
- Develop and execute customer engagement, upsell, and win- back programs.
- Oversee performance marketing across Meta, Google, affiliates, and CRM channels to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Lead experiments and data- driven initiatives to improve AOV, retention, and customer experience.
- Build and scale new sales channels such as telesales, contributing significantly to revenue.
- Drive technology- enabled initiatives such as CDP, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Manage P&L for assigned business lines with a focus on sustainable, profitable growth.
- Mentor and lead cross- functional teams for seamless execution of growth strategies.
Key Requirements :
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, retention, and D2C/e- commerce leadership roles.
- Proven success in scaling revenue and improving unit economics in consumer businesses.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and cohort analysis.
- Hands- on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across product, marketing, and tech teams.
- Engineering/MBA from a top- tier institute preferred.
