The Business Head for Windsor House early Years Program will be responsible for the overall growth, operations, and profitability of the preschool chain. This role requires strategic leadership, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the early education sector. The candidate will oversee business expansion, brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy & Growth

- Develop and execute a growth strategy for expanding the preschool chain through company-owned and franchise models.

- Identify new market opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and drive location selection.

- Drive revenue growth, student enrollments, and profitability across all centers.

2. Operations & Service Excellence

- Ensure standardized operational processes across all preschools to maintain quality and compliance.

- Implement best practices in early childhood education and curriculum delivery.

- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure high service standards.

3. Sales & Marketing

- Develop and implement a marketing and brand strategy to increase visibility and student enrollments.

- Oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns to attract parents and build brand equity.

- Establish partnerships with schools, corporates, and community groups for business development.

4. Franchise & Expansion Management

- Identify, recruit, and onboard franchise partners for expansion.

- Support franchise owners with training, operational guidance, and marketing support.

- Ensure franchise compliance with brand standards, quality benchmarks, and legal regulations.

5. Financial & P&L Management

- Drive overall profitability and financial health of the business.

- Optimize cost structures, pricing models, and operational efficiencies.

- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and key financial metrics to ensure business sustainability.

6. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across various functions.

- Work closely with academic heads, operations managers, and support staff.

- Engage with the key stakeholders for business growth initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.

- 12+ years of experience in business leadership, preferably in education, preschool, or franchising sectors.

- Proven track record of business growth, sales, and operational leadership.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Expertise in franchise development and business expansion is must .

- Hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and brand positioning.

- Excellent financial acumen and experience in P&L management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
