Business Head - Franchise (Windsor House | Premium School Vertical)
Windsor House is building a world-class premium school chain. We are seeking a seasoned Business Head to lead this journey with strategic clarity, commercial rigor, and deep respect for education.
Role Overview
- End-to-end P&L ownership for the Windsor House vertical
- Scale and strengthen the franchise business model with a sharp focus on quality, experience, and sustainability is must
- Drive expansion strategy, unit economics, brand positioning, and long-term value creation
- Build high-performance teams and partnerships aligned to premium education standards
Ideal Profile:
- 12+ years of leadership experience in franchised / high-end consumer or education businesses.
- We are open to consider candidates from different industry if they have experience in franchise business
- Proven track record of scaling premium brands with strong unit economics
- Strategic, data-driven, and execution-oriented
- Deep appreciation for education, excellence, and customer experience
- This role is for leaders who want to build something enduring and has worked on franchise business , not just grow numbers.
