Key Profile:

Ambitious Project Manager with extensive experience in high-end Residential Interiors with demonstrated ability of planning, managing procurement, scheduling, quality control, coordination of MEP services.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Management

- Manage and nurture client communication to ensure a seamless project experience.

- Deliver projects within committed timelines and quality expectations.

2. Project Planning and Execution

- Track, plan, and manage site activities according to the Master Project Schedule.

- Identify potential risks early and develop alternate site execution strategies.

- Ensure strict adherence to standard execution processes at the site.

3. Coordination and Information Sharing

- Gather and disseminate project information among all stakeholders.

- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and designers.

4. Quality and Procurement Management

- Verify and approve contractor and supplier bills based on actual site measurements.

- Monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely availability of materials.

5. Team Leadership

- Coach and train Project Executives to follow standard practices for on-site execution and reporting.

- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people effectively.

6. Continuous Improvement

- Stay updated with and adopt new techniques for project tracking and management.

- Keep abreast of current market rates for materials and labor related to high-end residential interior works.

Skills needed:

- Strong Communication Skills

- Technical Knowledge of High end Residential Interior Work

- Should be able to manage team of 3-4 people

- Knowledge of current market rates (Material & Labour rates) for various Residential Interior works

Qualification

B.Arch /B.E. (Civil), Diploma in Project Management
