
- The Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-quality distribution network of family offices, HNI & UHNI investors and partners for the company's investment products.
- This role combines new investor acquisition with long-term relationship management, ensuring repeat investments, portfolio expansion, and sustained revenue growth through existing and new investors and distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing investors and distribution partners.
- Enable repeat investments, portfolio scaling, and cross-selling through proactive engagement and performance updates.
- Act as a single point of contact for key investors, ensuring high trust and retention.
Investor Acquisition & Revenue Growth:
- Drive new investor acquisition for company products and allied investment offerings.
- Develop access to private capital pools via wealth managers, IFAs, RIAs, and strategic distribution partners.
- Enable capital origination through direct engagement with select private clients, UHNIs, and family offices.
- Structure investor pitches, explain product mechanics, risk-return profiles, and holding structures in a clear, compliant, and credible manner.
- Own revenue targets across new inflows, repeat investments, and upsell opportunities.
Investor & Distribution Network Development:
- Build and expand a strong HNI/UHNI investor base through direct sourcing and distribution partners.
- Identify, onboard, and manage wealth managers, IFAs, family offices, MFDs, RIAs, and strategic partners.
- Establish the company as a trusted long-term partner for alternative investment opportunities.
Partner Enablement & Collaboration:
- Support distribution partners with product training, investor material, and deal support.
- Work closely with product, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution and investor satisfaction.
- Provide market feedback to leadership to refine offerings and sales strategies.
Financial Planning and Wealth Management:
- Develop comprehensive financial plans for clients, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and risk management.
- Stay up-to-date on various investment products (e.g., mutual funds, stocks, bonds)
- Recommend suitable products to clients based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.
