The/Nudge Institute - Senior Specialist - Economic Inclusion Program

Position Overview:

Drive quality monitoring for the Economic Inclusion Program across states - ensuring data and process integrity, enabling insights, and continuously improving systems through automation.

What will you do:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead quality monitoring across states; ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely feedback.

- Analyze field and program (MIS) data to identify quality gaps and recommend actions.

- Collaborate with state teams to align on quality frameworks and reporting formats.

- Build and refine data tracking systems, dashboards, and automation (Google Sheets, Apps Script, SQL, etc.).

- Generate actionable insights and "what next" recommendations.

- Develop and update SOPs, checklists, and validation mechanisms.

Apply if you have:

- 4+ years of experience in monitoring, data quality, or program operations (preferably in development or government programs).

- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with Sheets/Excel/SQL or visualization tools.

- Curious, proactive, and eager to automate repetitive work.

- Skilled at stakeholder alignment and structured problem-solving.

- Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline.
