About The/Nudge: - The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. What are we solving for in the Indian Administrative Fellowship? Indian Administrative Fellowship (IAF) is an 18-month fellowship program for senior private sector talent to work closely with the government to catalyze innovation and governance transformation, by extending the reach and efficiency of large scale government programs, under the guidance of visionary civil servants. About the role: - Working on program design and delivery across cohorts - Draw the framework and manage onboarding of cohorts (State/ Union Ministries) - Work with the internal stakeholders to formulate and deliver the messaging for candidate outreach - Managing the process for candidate screening, selection & onboarding - Scouting for partners and onboarding them to deliver capacity-building programs/ initiatives for the cohorts and internal teams - Monitoring and Evaluation of program across cohorts including impact monitoring - Internal & external stakeholder engagement e.g. Fundraising team, Donors, Program implementation teams at Centre and State level - Managing internal & external communications on Social media, website and other platforms - Managing events pertaining to outreach, to support fundraising, cohort immersion and graduation etc. - Nurturing and mentoring the team members/ direct reports Apply if you have: - 8-10 years of work experience in high performing roles in product strategy, consulting, intrapreneurial roles focused on tech - Strong product sense for why some products work and others don't (experience of building or working on 0-1 products preferred) - Strong analytical skills, comfort with first principles thinking, design and systems thinking approaches, and love for problem solving (ability to drive all stages of problem solving process including framing problem statement, research, brainstorming, synthesis, analysis and recommendations) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous startup environment (bias for action, getting things done, learning new things fast, figuring things out on your own) - ability to collaborate well cross-functionally with people across experience levels and different backgrounds - understanding of and commitment to do what it takes to build something ground up.
