About The/Nudge: The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India's best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams: Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India's biggest challenges At The/Nudge you will: - build strong relationships with current corporate partners (CSR teams) - develop and execute account plans for each corporate partner - manage a team of 1-2 associates and own their performance, learning, and growth - own end to end closure of renewals/upsells/cross-selling opportunities across existing partners - work with the finance and program teams to ensure optimal utilization of funds across programs - design and own impactful engagements including but not limited to volunteering, leadership participation, and field visits by partners Apply if you have: - 6-8 years of work experience in client-facing sales/business development/fundraising, preferably in an early-stage organization - a graduate degree in any discipline - the ability to learn quickly and can multitask well - a history of exceeding expectations and are target-driven - a strong desire to make a difference by working in the not-for-profit sector - customer-facing experience, especially in B2B sales and business development - excellent time management skills and attention to detail - excellent communication (written & oral), presentation, and stakeholder management skills - very good command over MS office suite/design tools like Canvas, Adobe Photoshop, etc We aspire to be an inclusive and diverse organization and encourage qualified individuals irrespective of their religion, caste, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ethnicity, age, or any other dimension of identity, to apply.
