About The/Nudge:

The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals, and youth across rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion, in partnership with 15+ central and state governments.

Our economic inclusion journey towards serving 25 million Indians spans 10 states and currently reaches over 1.5 million people. Through our incubator, accelerator, and grand challenges, we have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs, including Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees, Earthshot Prize winners, and nationally recognized changemakers.

Founded with the support of 130+ eminent philanthropists, 40+ corporates, and 15+ foundations, The/Nudge is working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime.

What will you do:

- Learn our programs well to represent our work to philanthropically inclined HNI/UHNIs.

- Independently open doors with senior executives, qualify opportunities appropriately, navigate and close to expand the community of founding supporters.

- Leverage support from our current founding supporters to build a pipeline of prospective donors.

- Own annual fundraising goals - balancing short term goals while enabling long term growth.

- Work with cross-functional teams and the India development team to craft high quality collaterals/proposals that align the financial needs of the organisation to the giving objectives of the donors.

- Represent The/Nudge in ecosystem events, as needed.

Who are we looking for:

- Minimum of 15+ years of experience with significant time in external/customer-facing roles.

- Is intellectually curious, well read, result oriented and willing to learn by doing.

- High energy, passion and hunger for doing impactful work.

- A confident, articulate and compelling speaker.

- Willingness to travel frequently, as needed.

- Hands-on, intrapreneurial leadership style, with a growth and learning mindset.

- Consistent track record of delivering on goals.
