Role Overview
Were looking for a seasoned Senior Account Manager with strong client servicing and strategic planning expertise across branding, digital, and communications.
Youll be the go-to liaison for clients, ensuring projects are aligned with business objectives and executed with creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client servicing for digital marketing, branding, and communication projects
- Strategize and plan brand campaigns (B2B & B2C) in collaboration with internal teams
- Coordinate closely with creative, design, and content teams to deliver projects on schedule
- Ensure high-quality, timely project delivery aligned with client expectations
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Monitor campaign performance and implement process improvements
- Lead business development efforts: pitch presentations, proposals, and client onboarding
- Present case studies, conduct requirement-gathering meetings, and close deals
- Develop account management processes and best practices for workflow efficiency
- Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Attend and lead client meetings with professionalism and strategic insight
What Were Looking For
- 46 years of client servicing/account management experience in branding, digital marketing, or advertising agencies
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects independently
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and creative problem-solving
- Proficient in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and campaign performance reports
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
Bonus Points:
- Experience with high-growth startups or creative agencies
- Exposure to digital analytics, performance marketing, or branding metrics
- Previous experience working closely with creative/design teams
