This role will contribute directly to building the personal brand of our Founder and enhancing the external visibility of the agency.
Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and self-driven PR and Corporate Communication Executive to lead strategic personal branding and corporate PR initiatives.
This individual will manage podcast projects, social media for the Founder, and key communication campaigns for The Marcom Avenue.
Key Responsibilities Leadership Branding & Public Positioning
Plan and manage the Founders participation in:
- Industry conferences, conclaves, panels, and awards.
- Guest lectures at schools and colleges.
- Podcasts and thought leadership events.
Execute end-to-end coordination including research, outreach, topic curation, speech/script writing, logistics, and post-event content.
Podcast Management (Founders Podcast Series)
Own the complete podcast lifecycle:
- Identify and invite high-profile guests.
- Schedule, coordinate, and develop scripts for episodes.
- Collaborate with production teams for editing and publishing.
- Create rollout strategies, teasers, and launch campaigns.
- Track and analyze episode performance metrics.
Founders Social Media Management
- Build and manage content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Develop monthly content calendars with posts, reels, and carousels.
- Drive community engagement and track growth metrics.
Company Branding The Marcom Avenue
- Support PR activities to position The Marcom Avenue as an industry thought leader.
- Draft and submit award nominations.
- Coordinate media features and speaking opportunities.
- Draft press releases and manage corporate communications.
- Create or manage brand-aligned content for marketing materials, decks, and website.
- Collaborate with design and strategy teams to maintain consistent storytelling.
Content & Script Development
Develop high-quality, engaging content including:
- Social media copy, blogs, op-eds.
- Event speeches, video scripts, podcast dialogues.
- Award entries, articles, and interviews.
Key Skills Required
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong storytelling and structured writing ability.
- In-depth understanding of digital, personal, and leadership branding.
- Hands-on experience with podcast planning and execution.
- Good grasp of PR, media relations, and campaign strategies.
- Bonus: Familiarity with design coordination and visual content briefing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or branding.
- Prior experience working with founders or leadership teams is highly preferred.
