About The Role:

- Social Media Strategist lead will be a pivotal member of the middle management team, responsible for the daily account servicing and strategic digital mandate execution for large, principal accounts.

Special Requirements & Candidate Profile:

- We are seeking a candidate who is a "hybrid talent"-a blend of Senior Social Media Strategist and Client Servicing Manager-with a proven track record in:.

- Enterprise Client Servicing: Deep experience engaging with and managing top-notch blue-chip corporates and brands, especially within the Energy, Green Tech, IT, and Consulting spaces (B2B).

- Senior Strategy & Research: Strong strategic, primary, and secondary research skills to inform and develop high-level B2B digital strategies, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn and for Twitter/X strategy.

- Presentation Mastery: Strong Presentation preparation and compelling Presentation Articulation skills for delivering strategic recommendations to C-suite/senior client stakeholders.

- Project Leadership: High-level Project Management Skills-ability to pick up, conceptualize, plan, and deliver complex, end-to-end digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Account Leadership (Client Servicing Manager Focus):

- Serve as the primary SPOC and Account Lead for Key Accounts / Anchor Clients, maintaining strong, equitable relationships with all client SPOCs and POCs at multiple layers/levels.

- Conduct Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Account Planning, Management, and Execution for large mandates.

- Ensure a strong, nuanced understanding of Client Mandates and Scope of Work, maintaining a clear Line of Sight for key deliverables and aligned tasks.

Digital Strategy & Execution: (Sr. Spearhead Multiplatform Social Media Optimization (SMO) for B2B and B2C clients, including advanced strategy development and execution across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube/Google, and X (Twitter).

- Own Campaign Management end-to-end across social media and digital platforms, including creative campaign development from a digital media marketing perspective.

- Ensure market-ready and market-trends-aligned knowledge of all Digital Platforms and Creative Assets, including Online Reputation Management (ORM), and advanced content trends.

- Maintain adequate subject matter knowledge of tools and trends in ORM, SEO, brand watching, and SM monitoring.

- Possess working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Google Ads fundamentals.

Content & Sectoral Expertise (Content Writer Focus):

- Develop high-quality, corporate, and brand-oriented content strategies.

- Must demonstrate the ability to create compelling, high-quality content without relying on AI tools (i.e., generate organic, human-written content).

- Maintain robust Sectoral Knowledge and Expertise of key Indian business sectors, particularly Technology, Energy, Green Tech, FMCG, and Consulting.

- Exhibit strong Research Skills (primary and secondary) to underpin strategic content and client recommendations.

Must-Have Skills:

- Social Media Strategy: Expert-level B2B/B2C multiplatform skills: LinkedIn, X, Meta, YouTube/Google.

- Core Digital Marketing: Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Ads.

- Content & Presentation: Excellent Writing Skills and Presentation Making Skills, strictly not using AI for creation.

- AI Tool Awareness: Working knowledge of leading AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Pro, Perplexity, Gemini, Co-Pilot, Meta AI, Gamma, etc.) to understand industry trends, but not for primary content creation.

- Community/Resource Knowledge (Added Advantage): Working knowledge of Wikipedia, bookmarking sites (Reddit, Scribd, etc.), and WhatsApp Community Development/Management.

- No Go (Candidates with the following will not be considered):.

- Poor or Average Communication Skills (Oral and Written).

- Limited Cross-platform experience of Social Media, SEO, or the Digital Universe.

- Lack of ability to create content without the help of AI tools.

- Not being able to generate organic, non-Machine Learning content is a strict No Go.
