Role Overview:

- We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage and strengthen our financial operations.

- The ideal candidate will bring a mix of accounting expertise, compliance knowledge, and business acumen to help drive the companys financial health and decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting:


- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Maintain books of accounts in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

Budgeting & Financial Planning:

- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

Funding & Capital Management:

- Manage cashflow and working capital requirements.

- Optimize utilization of funds for business operations and growth.

- Evaluate and secure funding options when required (bank loans, credit facilities, etc.

- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Taxation & Compliance:

- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and statutory audits.

Audit & Internal Controls:

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

- Strengthen internal control systems and ensure adherence to company policies.

Lead and Oversee:

- Financial Audit Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

- Book Audit Verify completeness and correctness of ledgers.

- Inventory Audit Ensure accurate stock tracking and reporting.

- Revenue Audit Validate revenue recognition and reporting.

- Liaise with statutory auditors and regulatory bodies.

- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

MIS & Business Insights:

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business strategy.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS), taxation, and compliance.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or similar accounting software.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial modelling.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Leadership ability to manage junior team members and collaborate with management.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, or auditing.
