Role Overview:
- You will lead a portfolio of high-stakes brand mandates, partnering directly with CXOs, shaping narratives, and turning business goals into breakthrough campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning and execution across integrated mandates - from brand campaigns to performance-first initiatives.
- Be the trusted advisor to senior clients and CXOs, providing insight-driven counsel and bold, business-building recommendations.
- Drive social-first storytelling that resonates with today's audiences while aligning with tomorrow's vision.
- Collaborate with internal teams across creative, content, performance, tech, and media to deliver seamless brand experiences.
- Translate briefs into powerful ideas - and ensure they move from vision to execution without compromise.
- Stay ahead of digital, social, and cultural trends to keep client work relevant, edgy, and effective.
- Present campaign outcomes with clarity - from quarterly business reviews to ROI dashboards.
- Actively spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities - and convert them into long-term wins.
- Inspire, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing account managers and client partners.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 10-12 years in client-facing roles within integrated or digital-first agencies.
Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA or marketing-related PG is a plus).
