Role Description:

- Own the complete Flipkart Alpha business including revenue, margins, contributions, and payout accuracy.

- Manage Alpha-specific workflows such as PO-based replenishment, RTV control, stock availability, GRN tracking, and SLA adherence.

- Build a plan and execute the same to drive off-take and profitability.

- Coordinate with Flipkart's Alpha Category Team for selection expansion, exclusives, event nominations, and additional visibility assets.

- Track daily dashboards for sell-through, traffic, conversion, ASP, competition pricing, and Alpha ad performance.

- Manage ad budgets on Flipkart Ads (FLA) including CPC optimization, ROAS improvement, and campaign-level reporting.

- Ensure smooth operations across PO creation, cancellation prevention, inwarding, dispatch accuracy, and stock ageing management.

- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (supply chain, finance, creative, brand) to ensure Alpha SOP compliance.

Qualifications:

- 3 - 6 years experience in e-commerce account management, with at least 2+ years on Flipkart Alpha.

- Strong understanding of Alpha processes: PO cycles, RTV, SLA scorecards, price governance, and catalogue hygiene.

- Proven ability to manage - 1-2 Cr monthly sales with P&L ownership.

- Hands-on expertise in Flipkart dashboards, pricing tools, and ad consoles
