Role Summary

- The Head of Sales - Corporate FIT will spearhead business development efforts focused on Free Independent Traveler (FIT) services for corporate clients.

- This strategic leadership role involves expanding hotel partnerships with corporate accounts, customizing travel solutions, and driving revenue through tailored offerings for solo business travelers and small groups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting corporate FIT clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate travel procurement

- Collaborate with revenue and reservations teams to design attractive rate plans and packages

- Lead negotiations and close corporate FIT contracts and agreements

- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to optimize business performance

- Represent the hotel at trade shows, client meetings, and industry forums

- Work with marketing to enhance brand visibility in the corporate travel segment

- Manage and mentor the corporate FIT sales team

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

- 15-20 years of experience in hotel sales, with specialization in corporate FIT travel

- Proven track record in securing and retaining high-value corporate clients

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

- Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Familiarity with hotel PMS and CRM platforms

Ideal Profile:

- Deep understanding of hospitality trends and corporate travel behavior

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strategic outlook

- Able to balance commercial priorities with guest experience focus

- Experience in luxury or business hotels preferred
