PROJECT MANAGER Objective - The primary outcome expected from the project manager would be to ensure that all projects of the school are completed on time. Roles and Responsibilities - 1. Monitor and ensure that all projects are completed within agreed timelines. 2. Design and execute various processes of the school. 3. Document all the discussions and share action plans with all stakeholders. 4. Design various policies and SOPs for the school, document them and share them with relevant people. 5. Find ways of continuous improvement in policies and processes and update them from time to time. 6. Create Management and Investor Updates on a regular basis. 7. Support the Head of School in various HR, Marketing and Admin initiatives. 8. Work closely with all stakeholders to implement various projects. 9. Create various MIS and Dashboards to support management in their decision making. Candidate Profile - 1. MBA with 6-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education sector. 2. Experience of working in a school will be an added advantage but not a deterrent. 3. Must have proficiency in project management skills. 4. Excellent MS Office and other relevant software skills are mandatory. 5. Must be analytical, a strategic thinker and creative problem solver at the same time. 6. Should have a passion for working with children. 7. Should possess excellent English communications skills. 8. Should have the ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders. 9. Should show a bias for action and an ability to work in an unstructured environment. 10. Should be a team player and have exceptional people management skills.
