The House of Rare - Lead - Business Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a Senior Analyst who can work cross-functionally with business, technology, and product teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. The role will be responsible for defining KPIs, building analytical models and dashboards, and enabling data driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business, tech, and product stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into analytical problem statements

- Define, track, and monitor business KPIs and measure the impact of initiatives and campaigns

- Design, build, and maintain executive-level dashboards using Power BI / Tableau

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets

- Conduct stakeholder discussions, requirement gathering sessions, and present insights to leadership

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance across reports and dashboards

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis

- Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau

- Solid understanding of business processes and how data supports decision-making

- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Analytics, Engineering, Business, or a related field

- Experience working in cross-functional or agile environments

- Exposure to campaign analysis, growth metrics, or product analytics
