At Rareism, were looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial D2C Business Manager to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer business. If youre passionate about fashion, growth, and building strong digital brands, this could be a great fit.
About the Role
You will drive end-to-end growth across our D2C channels - owning online revenue, customer acquisition, and overall digital performance while enhancing the brands presence in the womens fashion space.
- Own and drive D2C growth across website and digital channels
- Build and execute strategies to scale revenue and customer acquisition
- Manage key metrics: traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, repeat rate
- Leverage data insights to improve performance and decision-making
- Partner with marketing teams to optimize campaign ROI
- Enhance customer journey and online experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, supply chain & tech teams
- Track trends, competition, and identify new growth opportunities
What Were Looking For
- Experience in fashion or womens wear preferred
- Strong understanding of growth metrics and online business levers
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup
